Welcome
Guilds is a community-driven platform for discussion with minimal algorithmic manipulation — not one built to maximize engagement. It includes discussions, photos, questions, and long-form articles styled as “Manuscripts.”
Longer term, Guilds is built toward decentralized community governance and self-sustaining operation — a free speech ecosystem where individual guilds set their own standards rather than one central authority.
For generations, the U.S. dollar has served as the foundation of global finance, trusted as the world's reserve currency and backed by the economic strength of the United States. Yet rising debt, persistent inflation, and growing challenges from rival currencies have led some investors to question whether that dominance can last indefinitely. In this debate, gold and silver are often presented as timeless stores of value assets that have preserved wealth through wars, recessions, and monetary crises. Afterall, men have been trading gold and silver for more then 10,000 years. As concerns about the dollar's long-term stability increase, the question is no longer whether precious metals have a role in modern portfolios, but whether they could become a refuge from a potentially declining dollar.
